It also provides relief from anxiety, pain, depression, and arthritis amongst many ot her things.  Qigong is a 4,000-year-old practice from China which helps your body to heal itself naturally. The practice involves gentle movements that are synced with breathing. Qigong is good for any age and fitness level.
