Guided meditation is for detoxing, de-stressing, and relaxation.  Each class begins with a stretch and flex workout.  Next, participants are led through a journey in their minds.  The mind has a tendency to wander where it will, but through guided meditation, many find it easier to focus and relax.  Sessions end with stretching and movement.
