Back by popular demand, Bellyrobics is the ultimate aerobic exercise for women of all ages and abilities-and the most fun, too! It works on those particular problem areas of concern, such as waist, tummy, hips, thighs and arms, firming, toning and whittling down those extra inches. Bellyrobics will also help you develop and improve your flexibility!
Classes will be held via Zoom! You will get the link about a week from your class start date.
