Stretch and Refresh with Yoga & Tai Chi (Series) 

Hit the “refresh” button and de-stress from your day-to-day routine without burdening yourself with fitness class commitments.  In this convenient, two-class series you’ll get a taste of both Yoga and Tai Chi.  Both exercises involve slow, sequenced movements paired with deep, patterned breathing that will send your physical and mental state into relaxation.  Our instructor will guide you through the process so you can practice it at home.  Whether you have trouble committing to an entire fitness series or you want to explore a new way to de-stress, come unwind with us!
