Laughter Yoga Session 2 

Laughter Yoga is a complete well-being workout developed by a medical doctor, Dr. Madan Kalaria. We bring it to life by practicing yogic breath exercises and full body laughter exercises. No yoga mat needed and you can practice standing or sitting in a chair. Among other health benefits, this class will reduce stress, strengthen your immune system and elevate your mood. All levels of mobility and flexibility are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to class.
