Seated Qigong 

Would you like relief from all types of chronic pain? Would you like to feel happier and less anxious? Regular practice of Qigong improves balance, endurance and flexibility. It also provides relief from anxiety, pain, depression, and arthritis amongst many ot her things.  Qigong is a 4,000-year-old practice from China which helps your body to heal itself naturally. The practice involves gentle movements that are synced with breathing. Qigong is good for any age and fitness level.
