Connecticut General Statutes

Sections 10-67 to 10-73(d), inclusive, of the Connecticut General Statutes (C.G.S.) require that the adult education services described in this section be provided by local school districts, free of charge, to any adult 17 years of age or older who is not enrolled in a public elementary or secondary program.
